If you are unable to attend the Walkathon, you can support CPC and the Walkathon through donation.

Donate In Person:
Please fill out the Registration Form here and check off the box that says: "I can’t come to the event, but would like to make a fully tax-deductible contribution to support this event." Please also fill out the Pledge Form here - it will serve as a receipt of your donation. You can turn in the forms to our CPC Central Office at 150 Elizabeth St. (Chinatown) from 10am-6pm.
We also have donation boxes located at several of our CPC locations in Manhattan, Queens or Brooklyn. Please feel free to donate any sum you would like. You can donate at these locations:
